I am Dr. MANOJ R. Nair, Ph.D, a consulting Aquaculture Research Scientist working for clients Internationally with current emphasis in the U.S., North and South Pacific Island countries.
I have finished my Masters and Ph.D. in Mariculture (Marine Aquaculture).
I possess excellent Aquaculture skills in hatchery and farming experience in Bivalve Molluscs (Pearl Oysters, Clams (Giant and others), Oysters, Mussels), Sea Cucumbers, SeaWeeds and Finfish. I have experience in Marine Capture FinFish and Shellfish Fisheries and management with special emphasis in the Indo-Pacific areas. Experienced in fin and shellfish aquaculture project design, formulation, execution and management.
Grant Writing, reporting and Grant Management (U.S. Government and International Donor Agencies), Scientific Experimental Design, Execution, Data collection and compilation are my other strenghts. Statistical testing and interpretation and Personal and Public Management are some other skills I possess.
